Step 1 - Order or Enquire

Shop your favourite designs directly through our website, or submit an enquiry if you have something more bespoke in mind. You don’t need to have every detail finalised just yet.

Step 2 - Design & Refine

After your order, I’ll work closely with you to personalise your stationery, from wording and Vietnamese diacritics to the finer design details. Not sure what to write or how to word your tea ceremony invitations? I’ll guide you through the process so you can feel confident that everything is right for you and your family.

You’ll receive digital proofs to review, with 3 complimentary rounds of revisions to refine your design before it goes to print.

Step 3 - Print & Deliver

Once you’re happy with every detail and approve your final proof, your stationery goes to print. Each piece is professionally printed, carefully quality checked and beautifully packaged, ready for your special day.

  • Revisions: 3-5 business days per round
  • Final production begins once artwork is approved
  • Physical printing: 1-2 weeks production time
    Specialty finishes (foil/letterpress): additional 1-2 weeks

Do you offer print-ready files only?

No. Lotus & Paper invitations are designed and printed as a complete product. We carefully select the paper, printing, and finishing details to ensure the final piece reflects the quality and experience we want our couples to receive.
