Designed for weddings that celebrate more than one culture

For many Vietnamese-Australian couples, wedding invitations are about more than sharing the details of the day.

They're often the first glimpse into your celebration - bringing together two languages, two families, and traditions that deserve to be honoured with care.

Finding the right balance isn't always straightforward. You may be wondering how to word your invitations naturally in both Vietnamese and English, how to acknowledge family traditions, or how to create something that feels true to your story while welcoming every guest.

Thoughtfully guided, beautifully considered

At Lotus & Paper, every stationery suite begins with understanding your story.

We'll thoughtfully guide you through the details that often feel uncertain - from bilingual wording and cultural traditions to creating a stationery suite that feels cohesive from your first invitation through to your wedding day.

Rather than offering templates or one-size-fits-all solutions, we create stationery that reflects your celebration with intention, clarity, and care.

FAQ's

Customisation

Do you offer bilingual Vietnamese and English invitations?

Yes. Bilingual wedding invitations are one of our specialties. Whether you choose English only, Vietnamese only, or a combination of both, each invitation suite is thoughtfully designed to ensure the wording feels natural, balanced, and beautifully presented.

Can you help if I'm not sure about the Vietnamese wording?

Yes. Whether you're unsure about wording, family names, or how to present your invitations in both Vietnamese and English, we'll guide you through the process with care. Our goal is to create stationery that feels natural, meaningful, and reflective of your celebration.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We work with couples across Australia, with invitations and stationery carefully packaged and delivered to your doorstep. If you're located overseas, please get in touch to discuss your location and shipping options.

Can matching wedding day stationery be added later?

Absolutely. Many couples begin with their wedding invitations and return closer to their wedding day for matching stationery, such as welcome signs, seating charts, menus, place cards, and other on-the-day details. We'll ensure everything feels cohesive and true to your original design.

When to Order

Save the Dates

8-12 MONTHS OUT

While not a traditional part of Vietnamese weddings, Save the Dates can be helpful for modern celebrations that fall on public holidays, peak seasons, or involve travel, allowing guests time to plan ahead.

INVITATIONS

5 MONTHS OUT

We recommend placing your order 5–6 months before your wedding so invitations can be shared around 3 months prior. This allows time for artwork approvals, print production and for your guests to RSVP.

ON THE DAY ITEMS & SIGNAGE

1-2 MONTHS

It's common for seating plans and guest lists to change right up until the end but, we can still start your design process a few months in advance to lock in the creative direction and allow for any final refinements made closer to production. Orders should go for print at least 3 weeks before your event.

Ready to begin?

Whether you're planning a bilingual wedding, a traditional tea ceremony, or a celebration that brings together both cultures, we'd love to help create stationery that feels meaningful, timeless, and uniquely yours.
